Marker Operations menu

• START sets the start of the scan to the active marker.
• STOP sets the stop of the scan to the active marker.
• CENTER sets the center of the scan to the active marker.
• SPAN keeps the center frequency but sets the span to the offset of the active marker.
• REF LEVEL sets the ref level to the value of the active marker
• BACK returns to the MARKER menu
